Use this HIS cord to connect any Poly H-series headset directly to your Avaya 96xx and 16xx series IP telephone (Avaya IP 1608, 1616, 9608, 9610, 9611, 9611G, 9620, 9620C, 9620L, 9621, 9630, 9630G, 9640, 9640C, 9641, 9641G, 9650, 9650G, 9650C, 9670) headset port. This provides you with "on-hook" functionality so that you won't have to lift your telephone handset off the receiver for every call when using your Poly headset. Only purchase this cable if you have one of the phone models listed above. You will NOT need to purchase a Poly amplifier. This cord is all you need to connect your Poly H-series headset to your phone. The cord has a modular plug at one end and a QuickDisconnect at the other end which connects to any Poly Call Center headsets (H-Series).
