How do I return an item/What is your return policy?
If you are dissatisfied for any reason, you may return the equipment to TSRC.com for a refund within 30 days of purchase. You will be charged a restocking fee of 20% of the purchase price or $10, whichever is greater. Restocking fees are charged to offset the actual cost of repackaging, restocking and administration incurred. If you elect to purchase a different system or other similar equipment (of equal or greater value), your restocking fee may be waived. Please call 800-738-8125 and speak with a customer service representative for details.
Under no circumstances will credit be issued after this 30 day return period.
All original packaging, equipment and documentation must be included with your return. Items must be in new, resalable condition. A return authorization number is required to return equipment, and may be obtained by calling 800-738-8125. We reserve the right to refuse any returns that are incomplete or are returned in defective condition.
