How do I create an account?
  1) Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right side of our site.
2) Enter your email address.
3) Select "I am a new customer".

Then simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account. Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private. Please view our Privacy Policy for more information.

How do I edit my account information?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to edit your account information.
How much is my shipping?
  Ground shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information.  Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.  If you choose a faster method of shipping (i.e. UPS 2nd-Day Blue service), the amount will be added after your order is processed.  Please call us at 1-800-525-4300 or send us an email for assistance or with questions.  We're here to help!
I forgot my password.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. Under the login box you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password? Click here". That link will send an email to you with your password.  Please note that if you have only placed an order directly with one of our account managers, you do not automatically have an account set up on our online system.  Please call us at 1-800-525-4300 or send us an email for assistance.
How do I return my product?
  Please call us at 1-800-525-4300 or send us an email for assistance.  All items being returned must have an RA (Return Authorization) number prior to being returned to us.

I received the wrong product.
  If you feel that you have received the wrong product, lease call us at 1-800-525-4300 or send us an email within 3 days of receipt of your order.
What is your return policy?

When will my order ship?
  Most items ship same day or the next business day.  Orders placed after 1:00 PM EST will be processed the following business day.  Orders placed on weekends or federal holidays will be processed the next business day.  Please call us at 1-800-525-4300 or send us an email to check the status of your order.
How do I return an item/What is your return policy?
 
If you are dissatisfied for any reason, you may return the equipment to TSRC.com for a refund within 30 days of purchase. You will be charged a restocking fee of 20% of the purchase price or $10, whichever is greater. Restocking fees are charged to offset the actual cost of repackaging, restocking and administration incurred. If you elect to purchase a different system or other similar equipment (of equal or greater value), your restocking fee may be waived. Please call 800-525-4300 and speak with a customer service representative for details.

Under no circumstances will credit be issued after this 30 day return period.

All original packaging, equipment and documentation must be included with your return. Items must be in new, resalable condition. A return authorization number is required to return equipment, and may be obtained by calling 800-738-8125. We reserve the right to refuse any returns that are incomplete or are returned in defective condition.

Shipping
The majority of our orders ship via FedEx. Ground Shipping is calculated in the checkout screen. Upgraded shipping like 2 Day or Express Saver will be added to your order after the order is placed.

Look for the logo...these items ship free via FedEx Ground.

If your order total is over $99 your whole order will ship free via FedEx Ground.


You do have the option to upgrade your shipping for an additional fee, available in the checkout screen, but to enjoy free shipping make sure your shipping selection is Ground.
