At TSRC.com, all sales are not final!
Our 30-day return policy ensures that you can make an exchange for
another item you wish to try, or simply return the equipment for a
refund…no questions asked…no reason required. We do charge a
restocking fee of 20% or $10 (whichever is greater) to cover the cost
of repackaging, restocking and administration. If you’re not
completely satisfied, we’re not satisfied. In the event that the
product you purchased is not compatible with your equipment, we’ll
work with you to find a suitable replacement or promptly provide a
refund. If you purchase another similar item to replace equipment
you're returning, we may also waive the restocking fee. If
you’ve never experienced TSRC quality, we encourage you to try our
equipment for 30 days, with the assurance that you can return or
exchange it. All
equipment being returned must be in re-saleable condition, and must
include the original packaging, accessories, documentation, etc. to be
eligible for return or exchange.
One-Year Warranty and No-Wait Replacement
Policy
We know you won’t be able to tell the
difference between our high-quality remanufactured equipment and a
factory-new item. Our manufacturing process is performed under the
stringent TL9000 and ISO 9001:2000 quality standards. If for some
reason you experience a problem within the first 90 days of your
purchase, please contact us and we will immediately ship a replacement
item to you - no waiting. Within one year of purchase, we will repair
or replace your defective equipment at no cost to you.
